Coffeehouse Caramel Dark Chocolate Latte SunButter Cookies

6 tablespoons butter, softened
1/4 cup shortening
1/3 cup SunButter Creamy
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 cup caramel sauce
1 teaspoons vanilla
1-1/2 cups plus 1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons espresso powder
1 cup dark chocolate chips
IMPORTANT: Check to ensure all individual ingredients are produced in a peanut and tree nut free facility.
Heat oven to 350°F.
In a medium mixing bowl on medium speed, beat butter, shortening and SunButter until well combined. Add brown sugar and sugar, mix well. Add egg, caramel sauce, and vanilla, mix well.
In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt and espresso powder. Gradually beat into butter mixture. Mix until well combined. Stir in dark chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoons on to large cookie sheet. Bake 25 minutes.
Cool for 3 minutes on sheets and remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
