Ingredients

WET
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
2 tablespoons maple syrup
3 eggs at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup SunButter (we used Organic)
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup apple cider
DRY
4 tablespoon coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
MAPLE GLAZE
1/4 cup apple cider
3 tablespoons coconut butter
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
IMPORTANT: Check to ensure all individual ingredients are produced in a peanut and tree nut free facility.
Directions

- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease donut pan well.
- Mix together wet ingredients with mixer on medium until smooth.
- Mix in dry ingredients and continue to mix with mixer until smooth.
- Bake in oven for about 8-10 minutes (or until tooth pick turns out clean!).
- Let the donuts cool and while they are cooling begin making maple glaze.
- Mix together all the ingredients (you may want to melt coconut butter if it is hard).
- Once donuts are cooled (about 30 minutes), use a knife or spatula and glaze each donut.
- Eat within 5 days and store in fridge!
