2 ripe bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
4 tablespoons SunButter® (we used Organic)
Honey to taste, if desired
In blender, place frozen banana slices and SunButter. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth.
Add honey to taste if desired.
Serve immediately, or pour into covered container and freeze to desired consistency.
Combine additional SunButter and honey to create ice cream topping, add roasted sunflower seeds for crunch.
