1/2 cup semi-sweet melting chocolates or white melting chocolates
1/4 cup SunButter® Creamy
1 cup chow mein noodles
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
Optional gold or silver dragées
- In large microwave safe bowl, heat melting chocolate and SunButter on high for 30 seconds, remove from microwave and stir. Continue heating in 30 second increments until almost completely melted. Remove from microwave and stir until smooth.
- Add chow mein noodles and marshmallows. Stir until well coated.
- Drop mixture by spoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Cool in freezer 10 minutes or until firm.
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
When using for holiday cookie platters, place gold or silver dragées on haystacks while chocolate coating is still soft.
Double recipe and make both white and chocolate haystacks.
