SunButter Granola Tarts

Servings: 2 to 4 Servings

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

4 tablespoons SunButter Organic

4 tablespoons maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine melted coconut oil, SunButter, maple syrup, and vanilla. Whisk to combine.
  3. Add rolled oats and mix to combine.
  4. Press into greased mini tart pans. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool.
  5. Top with yogurt, pastry cream, or chocolate pudding and desired toppings. Enjoy!
