1 cup rolled oats
4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
4 tablespoons SunButter Organic
4 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, combine melted coconut oil, SunButter, maple syrup, and vanilla. Whisk to combine.
- Add rolled oats and mix to combine.
- Press into greased mini tart pans. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool.
- Top with yogurt, pastry cream, or chocolate pudding and desired toppings. Enjoy!
