2/3 cup SunButter® (any smooth variety)
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
3 cups Golden Grahams® cereal, slightly crushed
1 (6oz) custard style strawberry yogurt
1 cup sliced or whole fresh fruit (strawberries, bananas, grapes, berries)
Mix the SunButter, nonfat dry milk, butter and powdered sugar in a large bowl. Stir in the cereal. Use a buttered knife to pat the cereal mixture onto an ungreased cookie sheet to form a 9 inch circle.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
Remove from refrigerator and spread the yogurt evenly over the cereal mixture. Top with the fruit. Sprinkle with more cereal. Cut into 8 wedges. Refrigerate any leftovers in airtight container.
TIP: Make the SunButter crust the night before for an easy to assemble breakfast.
