6 tablespoons mayonnaise
5 tablespoons SunButter® (we used Natural)
1 tablespoon honey
4 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
2-1/4 teaspoons sesame oil
1 (14oz) package shredded coleslaw blend
1 cup slivered yellow and green bell peppers
1 cup slivered red onion
2 tablespoon chopped jalapeño pepper
salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, SunButter, vinegar, chili sauce and sesame oil. Whisk to blend; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine coleslaw blend, bell peppers, onions and jalapeño, toss to blend. Add dressing and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate.
