1/2 cup fat free Greek vanilla or honey yogurt
1/4 cup pumpkin purée
2 tablespoons SunButter (any smooth variety)
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup lite Cool Whip
- In medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, pumpkin purée, SunButter and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
- With spatula, gently fold in Cool Whip until fully blended.
- Place mixture in decorative bowl and sprinkle top with additional pumpkin pie spice if desired.
- Serve with apple slices, pear slices, graham crackers or vanilla wafers for dipping.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
