SB BLT Waffle Sandwich

Servings: 1 Sandwich

Ingredients

2 frozen gluten free waffles
2 tablespoons SunButter® No-Stir Creamy
1 lettuce leaf
3 slices thick cut hickory smoked bacon, cooked
1 to 2 tomato slices
1/4 avocado, sliced

Directions

>

Prepare waffles according to package directions.

Spread each waffle with 1 tablespoon of SunButter.

Place lettuce leaf, bacon slices, tomato slices and avocado slices on top of one toasted waffle.  Top with other toasted waffle.

Serve for brunch, lunch or a hearty snack.
