1/2 cup SunButter® (any variety)
2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon chili sauce
2 tablespoons water
Salt to taste
1 (12-inch) thin ready to use pizza crust, or 2 rectangular pieces of flat bread or 2 pieces of naan
1 chicken breast half, cooked and diced
1 cups shredded mozzarella
2 scallions, chopped
1/2 cup white bean sprouts, roughly chopped
1/4 cup carrots, shredded
1 tablespoons roasted sunflower seeds
1 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
Heat oven to 475° F.
In a small sauce pan combine all sauce ingredients and stir to blend. Cook over medium heat. Bring sauce to a gentle boil for one minute. Remove from heat.
Cover crust with SunButter Sauce, leaving a little left to drizzle over toppings.
Add half the cheese, then chicken, bean sprouts, carrots and scallions. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over crust then top sunflower seeds.
Bake until crisp and cheese is bubbly and golden, about 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove pizza from oven, drizzle with remaining SunButter Sauce and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve immediately.
