Gluten Free Five Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies

Start to Finish: 25 to 45 Minutes

Servings: 24 Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup SunButter, any smooth variety

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup brown sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or silicon baking mats.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir well.
  3. Drop tablespoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheets. Flatten gently with a spatula.
  4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool (or not). Devour.
