Start to Finish: 30 Minutes

Servings: 13 Cups

Ingredients

>

  • 5 cups rice square cereal
  • 3 cups popcorn (no butter and lightly salted is best)
  • 2 cups mini pretzels (regular or gluten-free)
  • 1 cup (240g) Creamy SunButter
  • 1 11oz bag white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup (55g) salted butter, sliced (add a good pinch of kosher salt if using unsalted)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, or more as needed
  • 3/4 cup chocolate-covered sunflower seeds or candy-coated chocolates
  • 3/4 cup bunny grahams (optional)

Directions

>

  1. In a large bowl suited for a lid, add the cereal, popcorn, and pretzels.
  2. In a medium saucepan, add the SunButter, white chocolate chips, and butter (and salt if needed).
  3. Place over medium heat and stir to melt. Once smooth and completely melted, pour over the dry ingredients, and stir to coat.
  4. Pour in 2 cups of powdered sugar and place the lid on the bowl. Shake the bowl to coat.
  5. Toss in the bunny grahams and chocolate-covered sunflower seeds.
  6. Serve however you like and store in a large Ziplock bag (make sure the chow has completely cooled before storing). Enjoy!
