1 cup SunButter Creamy
1 (8 oz) package fat free cream cheese, softened
1-1/4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 oz) package whipped topping, thawed
8 2×2-inch brownies, crumbled
1 cup pretzels, broken
Additional SunButter for drizzling (optional)
In large bowl with hand mixer, or in a stand mixer, whip together SunButter and cream cheese until well combined.
Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth. Fold in thawed whipped topping.
In dessert glass or canning jar layer brownies, SunButter mixture, and pretzels. Continue layering until all ingredients have been used.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Served with warmed SunButter drizzle on top
