2-1/2 cups brown rice cereal
1/2 cup maple syrup
2/3 cup SunButter (any smooth variety)
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/3 cup cocoa powder
pinch sea salt
- Line a 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper; set aside.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix all ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Scoop mixture into prepared baking dish, press mixture into pan firmly. Freeze until solid (about 3 to 4 hours).
- Remove frozen bars from pan using parchment paper. Place on cutting board and cut into 12 bars. Store in refrigerator.
