- 1/2 cup (120g) nondairy yogurt
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp (15g) rolled oats
- 1 tbsp (10g) chia seeds
- 2 tbsp (30g) SunButter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 cup (120g) non-dairy milk
- Blend everything in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- Add more/less milk to desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
