Blueberry Muffin No-Bake Oatmeal Energy Balls

Start to Finish: 5 Minutes plus 30 Minutes Chill Time

Servings: 12 Balls

Ingredients

1 cup old fashioned oats, dry

1/4 cup SunButter, any variety

1/4 cup honey

1/2 cup dried blueberries

dash of salt

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

In a medium bowl, add all of the ingredients and stir to combine well. The mixture should be a bit sticky. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

 

Use a spoon to scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into your hand. Roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining mixture.

 

Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
