Better Than Peanut Butter. SunButter has just as much protein as the leading brand of peanut butter, but with one-third less saturated fat, absolutely no trans fats, less sodium, and less sugar! One serving of SunButter provides more vitamin E, twice as much fiber and zinc, and nearly triple the iron than is provided by one serving of peanut butter!
More Protein Than a 2-Egg Breakfast! A breakfast of 2 slices of multigrain bread with 2 tablespoons of SunButter each (14 grams) provides more protein than 2 large eggs (12 grams). Two tablespoons of SunButter provides 7 grams of protein, providing more than these great sources: 1 ounce of turkey or beef lunch meat (6 grams), 1 ounce American cheese (6 grams), 6 ounce serving of yogurt (4-6 grams).
More Fiber Than a Carrot. Two tablespoons of SunButter has 4 grams of natural fiber, more than these healthy snacks: 1 medium carrot, 3 cups of air popped popcorn, 1 ounce raisins, 1 medium banana or orange, 1 ounce almonds. When served with 2 slices of multigrain bread, two tablespoons of SunButter provides more healthy fiber than 1 cup of instant oatmeal (7.8 grams vs. 4 grams).
