Ingredients

BANANA SPINACH SMOOTHIE

  • 1/4 cup SunButter Creamy
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 handful spinach

 

CHOCOLATE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

  • 1/4 cup SunButter Creamy
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 large banana
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey

 

BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

  • 1/4 cup SunButter Creamy
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)

 

STRAWBERRY PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

  • 1/4 cup SunButter Creamy
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients together in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
