Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons SunButter® (we used Creamy)
- 2 tablespoons 2% milk
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
Directions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment or waxed paper; set aside.
- In a medium sauce pan over low heat, combine SunButter, milk and chocolate chips. Stir until chips are melted (about 3 minutes).
- Stir in oats; remove from heat.
- With a spoon, drop 8 ball-shaped portions onto prepared baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until set (about 20 minutes).
