Ingredients
- 12 whole grain tortillas (2 gr equivalent)
- 3 cups SunButter Creamy
- 1-1/2 cups dried unsweetened cranberries
- 6 cups shredded or matchstick carrots
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- Baby spinach or kale leaves (as needed)
Directions
- Spread each tortilla with 1/4 cup SunButter.
- Top each tortilla with 1/2 cup carrots.
- Drizzle 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha over each tortilla.
- Add spinach or kale leaves.
- Roll wrap.
