Easter Bunny Chow

Ingredients

  • 5 cups rice square cereal
  • 3 cups popcorn (no butter and lightly salted is best)
  • 2 cups mini pretzels (regular or gluten-free)
  • 1 cup (240g) Creamy SunButter
  • 1 11oz bag white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup (55g) salted butter, sliced (add a good pinch of kosher salt if using unsalted)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, or more as needed
  • 3/4 cup chocolate-covered sunflower seeds or candy-coated chocolates
  • 3/4 cup bunny grahams (optional)

Directions

  • In a large bowl suited for a lid, add the cereal, popcorn, and pretzels.
  • In a medium saucepan, add the SunButter, white chocolate chips, and butter (and salt if needed).
  • Place over medium heat and stir to melt. Once smooth and completely melted, pour over the dry ingredients, and stir to coat.
  • Pour in 2 cups of powdered sugar and place the lid on the bowl. Shake the bowl to coat.
  • Toss in the bunny grahams and chocolate-covered sunflower seeds.
  • Serve however you like and store in a large Ziplock bag (make sure the chow has completely cooled before storing). Enjoy!
