SunButter Swirl Brownies

Team SunButter
SunButter Swirl Brownies

SunButter and chocolate are one delicious duo, perfected in these SunButter Swirl Brownies! We love serving a tray of these at parties since the swirls attract attention. The marvelous flavor attracts seconds and requests for the recipe (we’re always eager to spread nut-free sweetness!). Of course they are free of peanuts and tree nuts. Whip up a batch for your family, friends or fellow sports-game watchers and enjoy the compliments.

Ingredients:

2 oz. unsweetened nut-free baking chocolate
2 oz. semi-sweet nut-free baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
3/4 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1/2 c. SunButter
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 c. powdered sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9″ x 9” pan with foil and coat with nonstick spray. On the stovetop over low heat, melt together the chocolates and 3/4 c. butter. Stir in 1 3/4 c. sugar, then the eggs, vanilla and cocoa. Stir in flour. Pour into prepared pan. In another bowl, combine SunButter, melted butter and powdered sugar. Place spoonfuls onto batter in pan and use a knife to create swirls. Bake 25 – 30 minutes until center is set. Cool, cut and serve!
