SunButter Stuffed Jalapeños

Ingredients

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup SunButter Natural Crunch

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/2 teaspoon lime zest

6 jalapeños, halved lengthwise, seeded

2 tablespoons maple syrup

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Line cookie sheet with foil; set aside.
  3. In small bowl, mix cream cheese, SunButter, lime zest and lime juice.
  4. Place jalapeño halves on prepared cookie sheet and fill with the SunButter mixture.
  5. Bake 25 minutes.
  6. Place jalapeños on a serving platter, drizzle with maple syrup to finish.
