Ingredients

12 whole grain tortillas (2 gr equivalent)
3 cups SunButter Creamy
1-1/2 cups dried unsweetened cranberries
6 cups shredded or matchstick carrots
2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
Baby spinach or kale leaves (as needed)

Directions

  1. Spread each tortilla with 1/4 cup SunButter.
  2. Top each tortilla with 1/2 cup carrots.
  3. Drizzle 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha over each tortilla.
  4. Add spinach or kale leaves.
  5. Roll wrap.
