Chicken Kabobs With Spicy SunButter Sauce

Start to Finish: 1 Hour 30 Minutes

Servings: 2 to 4 Servings

Ingredients

CHICKEN KABOBS

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 hot sauce

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon parsley

salt and pepper to taste

4 to 8 skewers

3 chicken breasts, cubed

1 red bell pepper, cubed

1 yellow bell pepper, cubed

 

SPICY SUNBUTTER SAUCE

1/2 cup SunButter

Juice of 1 lime

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons hot sauce

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon minced garlic

optional: red chili flakes

Directions

  1. Add the olive oil, hot sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium/large bowl.
  2. Add the chicken breasts, cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  3. If you’re using wooden skewers, soak them in water while the chicken marinates.
  4. Arrange the skewers how you like.
  5. Grill for 3 to 4 minute each side, or until no longer pink.
  6. If baking chicken skewers, bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 370 degrees.
  7. While chicken is grilling make the Spicy SunButter Sauce.
  8. Add all the ingredients together and serve with spicy chicken kabobs and enjoy!
