Start to finish: 5 minutes + 30 minutes freeze time
Makes: About 16 pieces
2 (3.5 ounce) vegan dark chocolate bars
1/4 cup SunButter Organic BUY NOW
1/4 cup gluten-free pretzels
Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl for 30-second increments until melted.
Spread melted chocolate on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, then drop spoonfuls of Sunbutter on top. Run a toothpick (or knife) throughout to create swirls.
Sprinkle pretzels, chia seeds, and sea salt over the top.
Set for about an hour in the freezer then break into pieces and enjoy!
For an even creamier effect, allow it to sit at room temp a few minutes . . . heaven!
