SunButter Mocha Frappuccino

SunButter Mocha Frappuccino Recipe

I love Spring! My favorite things about Spring are the sunshine, birds chirping, occasional really warm days that promise summer is just around the corner, and warm-weather treats like ice cream and frappuccinos. I used to indulge in the occasional Starbucks fraps, but once I learned I could make them myself, I haven’t been back.

This recipe serves 2, and is the perfect sweet treat to share with your BFF or special someone. You can use a cold brew coffee recipe (tons of recipes on Pinterest), or just brew a cup of coffee and let it cool in advance. The addition of SunButter makes it so much better! Isn’t everything better with SunButter, even coffee?

Here’s what you’ll need to make this protein-packed pick-me-up frappuccino:

Ingredients:
1 cup milk (dairy-free if necessary)
1 cup coffee, cold or room temperature
3 T chocolate syrup
2 cups ice
4 T SunButter

Directions:
Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Serve immediately and enjoy!
