Skinny SunButter Pumpkin Pie Dip

Ingredients

1/2 cup fat free Greek vanilla or honey yogurt

1/4 cup pumpkin purée

2 tablespoons SunButter (any smooth variety)

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 cup lite Cool Whip

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, pumpkin purée, SunButter and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  2. With spatula, gently fold in Cool Whip until fully blended.
  3. Place mixture in decorative bowl and sprinkle top with additional pumpkin pie spice if desired.
  4. Serve with apple slices, pear slices, graham crackers or vanilla wafers for dipping.
  5. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
